Accounting

The Accounting section allows users to set up guest accounting, Agilysys Pay, General Ledger codes, comp reasons, house accounts, casino, pantry management, and set up foreign currency exchange rates and surcharges.

The Accounting section contains the following menus:

• Guest Accounting - set up categories, subcategories, items, payment methods, and credit cards

• Agilysys Pay Setup - set up Agilysys Pay.

• GL Codes - set up ledger accounts.

• Comp Reasons - create and manage the complementary reasons for the reservation.

• House Accounts - create and manage categories for house accounts.

• Casino Management - set the guest profile setup rule for Casino Management System (CMS) integrations.

• Pantry Management - create and manage pantry items and set the default house account.

• Multi Currency - set up foreign currency exchange rates and surcharges at the property level.
