Cloud Reports

This tab provides summary reports of inbound and outbound transactions with the following filter options:

  • Property

  • Interface

  • Date Range (maximum of 7 days)

Reports are available for reservation and group transactions, covering both success and failure cases. Reports can be exported in both PDF and Excel formats. Retry is supported for the following reservation and group outbounds:

  • Group Outbound Failure Report

  • Group Outbound Success Report

  • Reservation Outbound Failure Report

  • Reservation Outbound Success Report

Once users view a failure report, they can perform a retry by clicking on the Retry button in the report pop-up screen.
