Create Shared Reservations via Reservations Import

Users can create reservations in share via the Profile & Reservations Import/Export option.

The shared reservations are created based on the following values entered in the OldPmsCode and ShareReservationOldPmsCode columns:

• If the ShareReservationOldPmsCode column is left blank, the reservations are created as individual reservations.

• When a user enters the same code value (any numeric identifier, for example, 1) in both the OldPmsCode and ShareReservationOldPmsCode columns for a reservation, then that reservation is considered as the primary reservation in share.

• The OldPmsCode of the primary reservation should be entered in the ShareReservationOldPmsCode column of the remaining reservations to be created in share with the primary reservation.

If the reservation creation fails after the creation of profiles, the reason for the failure is displayed in the Import pop-up screen.
