On-Premise Logs

The On-Premise Logs tab displays detailed transaction records of inbound and outbound communications with Comtrol devices. It also includes the following filter options:

  • Interface

  • Type

  • Status

Users can perform a full-text search across the logs and attachments generated. The generated logs support a 10-day data window within the past month, ensuring detailed visibility in the device communications.
