Overview

The Property Import/Export tool is designed to allow a user to set up a property quickly. This tool is also intended to help a user duplicate the setup of one property to another. Bulk operations can be effortlessly carried out.

For example, a user may want to create a copy of their current property for training purposes or create data to test scenarios or feature validation. The tool comes in handy during such scenarios. In case of an issue, it is advisable to capture a setup of the property to troubleshoot the issue.

Agilysys Stay’s Property Import/Export tool comprises a workbook. Within the workbook are multiple worksheets. The column color codes signify a particular behavior of the fields in the excel sheets. Refer to the following table for details:

Column Color	Description
Blue	Indicates a unique identifier.  These fields are highlighted in blue in this guide and the workbook.
Purple	Maps to data on another worksheet. These fields are highlighted in purple in this guide and the workbook.
Green	Maps to data on another worksheet and combines with the unique identifier (colored in Blue). These fields are highlighted in green in this guide and the workbook.
