Reservations

The Reservation section allows users to set up market segments and sources, define rates, policies and codes, reservation booking notice, reservation alias, and set up room move reasons.

The Reservation section contains the following menus:

• Market segments & sources - allows users to create market segments, source of business, define guest types and segments, and add third-party reservation sources

• Rates - allows users to define rates, create rate plans, rate calendars, and add set of rules

• Policies & codes - allows users to create cancellation, deposit policies, and lost business tracking reasons

• Reservation Booking Notice - allows users to create a reservation booking notice to alert the guest service agent of important information while booking a reservation

• Reservation Alias - defines the name applied to a reservation that is different than the profile the reservation is booked under

• Room Move Reason Setup - allows users to add room move reasons
