Stay Property Setup Tool

The reasons can also be configured in the InventoryBlockMaintenanceReasons sheet of the Stay Property Setup Tool. Refer to the following table to enter the values for the fields:

Field	Description
Code	The code for the reason.
Reason	The reason for creating inventory blocks/maintenance requests.
Description	The description for the reason.
Inventory Block	Enter the inventory blocks separated by a comma.
Maintenance Request	Enter the maintenance requests separated by a comma.
Active	Enter True to keep the reasons active. Enter False to keep the reasons inactive.
Property	Enter True to create the reason at property level. Enter False to do not create the reason at property level.
Tenant	Enter True to create the reason at tenant level. Enter False to do not create the reason at tenant level.

Users can import the sheet via the Stay Property Setup Tool (Settings ➜ All Settings ➜ General ➜ Property Import/Export), to import the reasons to Stay.
