Templates

The Templates section allows you to customize on-screen, print, and e-mail messages intended for the guest.

The Templates section contains the following menus:

• Folio - defines how to combine and display taxes on the last print and email page of a guest folio and create a custom message

• Cancellation - allows users to set the default cancellation policy

• Confirmation - allows users to set up the default confirmation policy

• Registration Card - allows users to create a custom message on registration cards and digital registration cards

• Accounts receivable statement - allows users to create a custom message that will appear on the last print and email page of a statement

• Invoice# - allows users to create a custom footer message that will appear on the bottom of the last page of a printed or emailed invoice

• Schedule Deposit Due - allows users to create a deposit policy with configurable deposit schedules.

• SMS Notifications - allows users to set SMS notification templates and default SMS settings.

• Routing Rule Templates - allows users to create and edit new routing rule templates.

• Reservation Welcome Script - set up a welcome script to assist the GSA when a guest arrives for check-in.

• Coupons - allows users to create new coupons.
