Web Check Out Notification Template

Users can customize the template for Web Check-In Notifications.

Navigate to Settings à All Settings à Templates à SMS Notifications.

Click the Web Check Out tab.

Refer to the following table and set up the template:

Description

Enable Web Check Out

Enable to allow web check-in notifications.

List of Keywords

Displays the list of keywords that can be clicked and added to the SMS message.

SMS Template

Using the list of keywords, set up a message for the guest.

Days Prior to Departure Date

Set the number of days before the departure date when the SMS should be triggered.

Send At

Set the time when the system should trigger SMS.

Send SMS To

Individual Reservations

Enable if SMS should be sent for individual reservations and choose preferences, if any, for the following:

  • Rate Plan

  • Room Type

  • VIP Status

  • Package

  • Guest Type

  • Building

Group Reservations

Enable if SMS should be sent for group reservations.

Click Save to confirm the SMS template.
