Digital Automated Check-In Report

The Digital Automated Check-In report allows users to track reservations with successful and failed automated digital check-ins. For reservations successfully checked in through automated digital check-in, users can track if the physical/digital key was generated successfully.

This report will be displayed for selection only when the Automated Digital Check-In feature setting is enabled.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports Dynamic Reports Guests/Reservations Digital Automated Check-In.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field

Description

Property

This is a mandatory single-select drop-down list that displays the properties available under a tenant. By default, the current property name is displayed.

Start Date

This is a mandatory field that displays the current property date by default. Users can select past dates up to the current property date. Future dates cannot be selected.

End Date

This is a mandatory field that displays the current property date by default. Users can select a date that is a maximum of 365 days from the start date.

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Report Fields

This report displays the following fields:

Description

Property

The property of the property for which the report is generated.

Arrival Date

The arrival date of the reservations within the selected date range that has automated digital check-in enabled. This column can be sorted.

ETA

The actual arrival time if the reservation is successfully checked in. If the reservation is not checked in successfully, the ETA noted via digital check-in will be displayed. This column can be sorted.

Room Number

The room number assigned to the reservation. This column can be sorted.

Guest Name

The guest name associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted. Users can search for a record using this value.

Confirmation

The confirmation ID of the reservation. This column can be sorted. Users can search for a record using this value.

Loyalty

The loyalty program and tier details associated with the guest if applicable. Users can filter and search records using this value.

Reservation Status

The reservation status at the time of report generation. Users can filter and search records using this value. This column can be sorted.

Check-In Status

The automated digital check-in status. Users can filter records using this value.

Digital Key Status

Displays the following status of digital key.

  • Requested Mobile Key

  • Validation passed

  • Sent Mobile Key

  • Issued

  • Not Issued

Users can filter and search records using this value. This column can be sorted.

Physical Key Status

Displays the status as Generated if the guest has been issued a physical key. Users can filter and search records using this value. This column can be sorted.
