Export Dynamic Reports as PDF

The Dynamic Reporting framework in Stay allows users to export Dynamic reports in both CSV and PDF formats.

Additionally, users now also have the option to choose how they would like to view the generated report.

  • The export icon in the Reporting screen is placed near the Settings icon.

  • The export icon, when clicked, displays a dropdown with the list of file formats where users can choose by which the files should be saved.

  • A new field, View, has been added to the Reporting screen where users can choose how the data should be displayed in the UI.

    • Web view

    • Print view

By default, the web view is selected. The Search field and the Filter icon are hidden from the Reporting screen and users cannot perform a search or filter the data when Print view is selected.

  • The Attach As drop-down in the Scheduler screen (Report ➜ Scheduler icon) now displays the list of file formats available (CSV and PDF), where users can choose the format by which the files should be attached in the scheduled email.

  • When users click on the Print icon, all the pages of the report are printed, not just the page displayed to the users.
