Flash Report

The Flash report allows users to view the current room occupancy and reservation count for the property. As a property manager, use this report to quickly view a snapshot of the property at any point during the day.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports à All Reports à Flash (under Manager).

Select a date from the calendar to generate dates for the report.

Select Group By Building checkbox to include bedded and non-bedded rooms in the report.

Enable the Show reservations where a building cannot be determined checkbox if the report must include reservations where a building cannot be determined. This is applicable only when grouped by building.

Click Generate. The report with the selected data appears.

Click Print to send a copy of the report to the printer.

This report displays the following parameters:

Rooms Summary

Field	Description
Total Rooms	Total number of rooms on the property or building(s).
Off the Market Rooms	The number of rooms on the property that have an off-the-market status.
Total Available Rooms	The number of rooms that are available to sell.
Out of Order	The number of rooms that have an out-of-order status.
Rentable Rooms	The number of rooms that are available to assign to reservations.
Rooms On Hold	The number of rooms that are temporarily unavailable to assign to reservations.

Day Summary

Field	Description
Vacant Rooms	The number of rooms in a vacant housekeeping condition.
Rooms Sold	The total number of non-comp rate rooms sold.
Rooms Sold Guests	The total number of guests associated to rooms sold.
Rooms Sold%	The percentage of rooms sold.
Comp Rooms	The number of rooms that have reservations with a comped rate.
Comp Rooms Guests	The number of guests that have a reservation with a comped rate.
Comped Rooms%	The percentage of available rooms that represents the number of comped rooms sold.
Rooms Occupied	The number of rooms that have an occupied status.
Rooms Occupied Guests	The number of guests associated to rooms that have an occupied status.
Rooms Occupied%	The percentage of occupied rooms.
Transient Rooms Sold	The number of rooms with reservations.
Transient Rooms Sold Guests	The number of guests associated to rooms with reservations.
Transient Rooms Sold%	The percentage of transient rooms sold.
Group Rooms Sold	The number of rooms that are associated with a group reservation.
Group Rooms Sold Guests	The number of guests that have group room reservations.
Group Rooms Sold%	The percentage of available rooms that represent group rooms sold.
No Rate Rooms	The number of rooms that have no-rate reservations.
No Show Rooms	No Show Rooms
Expected Revenue	The total amount of revenue expected for each reservation.
Average Daily Rate	The average daily rate based on the amount of room revenue for the selected date and rooms committed.
Revenue Per Available Room	The total amount of revenue expected for each available room.

Current Movement

Field	Description
Remaining Departures Rooms	The number of rooms due to depart but the guests have not check out.
Remaining Departures Guests	The number of guests with reservations departing today and have not checked out.
Total Departures Rooms	The total number of rooms departing today, including rooms that have already been checked out.
Total Departures Guests	The total number of guests with reservations departing today, including rooms that have already checked out.
Remaining Arrivals Rooms	The number of rooms with reservations due to arrive today that have not checked in.
Remaining Arrivals Guests	The number of guests with reservations due to arrive today that have not checked in.
Total Arrivals Rooms	The total number of rooms that have reservations with an arrival date of today, including rooms that already checked out.
Total Arrivals Guests	The total number of guests with reservations due to arrive today, including reservations that have already checked in and those in reserved status and due to arrive today.
Stay Overs Rooms	The number of rooms with in-house reservations that were due to check out yesterday.
Stay Overs Guests	The number of guests with in-house reservations that were due to check out yesterday.
Day Room Rooms	The number of rooms with reservations that are checked in for only the day.
Day Room Guests	The number of guests with reservations that are checked in for only the day.
Walk In Rooms	The number of rooms with reservations that were created the same day that they were checked in.
Walk In Guests	The number of guests with reservations that were created the same day that they were checked in.

Housekeeping Status Current

Field	Description
Occupied Inspected	The number of occupied rooms that have an inspected housekeeping condition.
Vacant Inspected	The number of inspected rooms that have a vacant housekeeping condition.
Dirty	The number of rooms that have a dirty housekeeping condition.
Occupied Clean	The number of occupied rooms that have a clean housekeeping condition.
