Guest Vehicle Details Report

The Guest Vehicle Details report allows users to track the vehicle details of guests staying at a property.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Guests/Reservations ➜ Guest Vehicle Details.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field	Description
Report Name	Guest Vehicle Details.
Property	This is a mandatory multi-select drop-down list that allows to select the properties for report generation. The current property is selected by default.
Start Date	The start date for report generation. This is a mandatory field that allows users to select past or future dates.
End Date	The end date for report generation. This is a mandatory field that allows users to select past or future dates.
Reservation Status	This is a mandatory multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the reservation statuses to be included in the report.

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Report Fields

This report displays the following fields:

Field	Description
Property ID	The property ID of each selected property is displayed with an accordion. When the accordion is expanded, details for the remaining columns are displayed. This column can be filtered and sorted.
License Plate	The details available in the license plate of the vehicle.
Parking Stall	The stall where the vehicle is parked.
Valet Ticket	The valet ticket created for the vehicle.
Vehicle Type	The vehicle type.
Make	The make of the vehicle.
Model	The vehicle model.
Color	The colour of the vehicle.
Guest Name	The guest name associated with the reservation.
Confirmation Code	The confirmation ID of the reservation.
Reservation Status	The reservation status.
# Guests	The count of guests associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Arrival Date	The arrival date of the reservation.
Departure Date	The departure date of the reservation.
Room #	The room number assigned to the reservation.
Building	The building where the guest stayed.
