Housekeeping Forecast by Services Report
The Housekeeping Forecast by Services report allows users to track the total number of housekeeping service requests created across various service types, the total number of points predicted for each staff assigned to a request and the total time predicted for the completion of the requests.
Perform the following steps to generate the report:
Navigate to Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Housekeeping ➜ Housekeeping Forecast by Services report.
Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Property |
The current property name. |
|
Start Date |
The start date from which the report must be generated. Displays the current property date by default. Users can select a date that is a maximum of 365 days in the future from the current property date. Past dates cannot be selected. |

End Date |
The start date from which the report must be generated. Displays the current property date by default. Users can select a date that is a maximum of 7 days from the start date. |

Services |
This drop-down list displays the services configured in the Services section of the Housekeeping Setup screen. Users can search and select the preferred services. |
Click Run to generate the report.
Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

This report displays the following fields:

Date |
Each date in the selected date range. Users can filter records using this value. This column can be sorted. |

Service Type |
The service code of the services that are assigned, unassigned, or scheduled to be performed for reservations. Users can search and filter records using this value. This column can be sorted. |

Total # of Services by Type |
The total number of services per type associated with a reservation for the selected date range. |
|
Total # of Points Predicted |
The total number of points for all services per service type associated with a reservation for the selected date range. |

Total Time Predicted |
The total time for all services per service type associated with a reservation for the selected date range. |
