In House Guest List Details Report

The In House Guest List Details report allows users to view details about the in-house guests staying at a property.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Guests/Reservations ➜ In House Guest List Details report

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field	Description
Report Name	In House Guest List Details.
Property	This is a mandatory multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the properties for report generation. The current property is selected by default.

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Report Fields

This report displays the following fields:

Field	Description
Total	Displays the total number of in-house reservations at the property along with an accordion. When the accordion is collapsed, only the total guest count is displayed. When the accordion is expanded, values are displayed for the remaining columns.
Guest Name	The guest name associated with the reservations.
Reservation Alias	The alias name for the reservation.
Guest Type	The guest type associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Source of Business	The source of business associated with the reservation.
Market Segment	The market segment associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Room Type	The room type associated with the reservation.
Room Number	The room number assigned to the reservation.
VIP	The VIP status of the guest.
NRG	Indicates whether the guest staying at the property is a non-registered guest.
Arrival	The arrival date of the reservation.
Departure	The departure date of the reservation.
Nights#	The count of reservation stay nights. This column can be sorted.
Guest#	The count of guests associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Pets	The count of pets associated with the reservation.
Group Name	The group name associated with the reservation.
