Pending and Released Reservations Report

The Pending and Released Reservations report allows users to track reservations in the Pending and Released statuses.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports Dynamic Reports Accounting Pending and Released Reservations report

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field

Description

Report Name

Pending and Released Reservations.

Property

This is a mandatory multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the properties for report generation. The current property is selected by default.

Start Date

The start date for report generation. This is a mandatory field that allows users to select past or future dates. The current property date is selected by default.

End Date

The end date for report generation. This is a mandatory field that allows users to select past or future dates. The current property date is selected by default.

Status

This is a mandatory multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select from the following options:

  • Pending: When selected, reservations in the Pending status are displayed.

  • Released: When selected, reservations in the Released status are displayed.

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Field

Description

Property

The property in which the reservation was booked.

Confirmation#

The confirmation ID of the reservation displayed as a hyperlink. When clicked, users are navigated to the respective reservation in a new tab in the browser.

Guest Name

The guest name associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.

Booking Date

The date when the reservation was booked. This column can be sorted.

Arrive

The arrival date of the reservation. This column can be sorted.

Status

The status of the reservation. This column can be filtered.

Balance

The balance due for the reservation.
