Permissions to View and Extract Reports

Only users with the required permissions can view and extract reports that fall under the following categories:

Front Desk
Housekeeping
Guests/Reservations
Revenue/Forecasting
Accounting
Grouped
Manager

Permissions to View Reports

The following permissions must be assigned to users to view, generate, and print the Legacy and Dynamic reports that fall under each of the mentioned categories in the All Reports and My Dashboard tabs in the Reporting screen:

Legacy Grouped	Stay_ReadGroupReports	Users with this permission can perform the following operations: View and print all reports under the Grouped category. When users access the All Reports tab in the Reporting screen, only the report categories for which the user is assigned the appropriate permissions are displayed. When the user does not have any permission, the following message is displayed: The logged-in user does not have permission to Reports.

Permissions to Extract Reports

The following permissions must be assigned to users in addition to the Stay_ReadXReports permissions to allow them to extract the Legacy and Dynamic reports that fall under each of the mentioned categories in the All Reports and My Dashboard tabs in the Reporting screen:

Revenue/Forecasting	Stay_ExtractFinacialReports	Users with this permission can additionally extract/download the Legacy and Dynamic reports in the Revenue/Forecasting category as PDF and CSV files. Users without this permission cannot download the generated reports.

Legacy Grouped	Stay_ExtractGroupReports	Users with this permission can additionally extract/download the Legacy and Dynamic reports in the Grouped category as PDF and CSV files. Users without this permission cannot download the generated reports.

Permissions for Saved, Grouped, and Generated Dynamic Reports

The following permissions must be assigned to users to view and print dynamic reports in the Saved, Grouped, and Generated Reports tabs in the Reporting screen and the Dynamic - Custom Reports section in the All Reports tab of the Reporting screen:
