Recurring Charges Report

The Recurring Charges report allows users to track the recurring charges posted to reservations.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports Dynamic Reports Front Desk Recurring Charges.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field

Description

Date (From)

The start date from which the report must be generated. This is a mandatory field that displays the current property date by default. Past dates cannot be selected. Users can select future dates.

Date (To)

The end date up to which the report must be generated. This is a mandatory field that displays the current property date by default. Users can select a date that is a maximum of 30 days from the start date. Past dates cannot be selected.

Category

This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that displays the categories available at the property. Users can select the preferred categories with which the recurring charges are associated.

Subcategory

This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that displays the sub-categories available at the property. Users can select the preferred sub-categories with which the recurring charges are associated.

Item Type

This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select from the following types of recurring charges to be included in the report:

  • Transaction Items

  • Inventory Items

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Report Fields

This report displays the following fields:

Field

Description

Date

The date when the item is posted to the reservation. An accordion is displayed for each date in this column. When the accordion is expanded, data for the remaining columns are displayed. Users can filter records using this value.

Guest Name

The guest name associated with the reservation displayed as a hyperlink. When clicked, users are navigated to the guest profile displayed in a new tab. This column can be sorted. Users can filter records using this value. Users can search for a record using this value.

Arrival Date

The arrival date of the reservation.

Departure Date

The departure date of the reservation.

Nights

The number of stay nights of the reservation. This column can be sorted.

Room Number

The room number assigned to the reservation. This column can be sorted. Users can search for a record using this value.

Confirmation#

The confirmation number of the reservation displayed as a hyperlink. When clicked, users are navigated to the reservation in a new tab. This column can be sorted. Users can filter records using this value. Users can search for a record using this value.

Item Name

The name of the item. Users can filter records using this value.

Item Code

The code of the item. Users can filter records using this value.

Category

The category of the item.

Subcategory

The subcategory of the item.

Rate

The rate of the item.

Tax

The tax for the item.

Total

The total amount calculated as the sum of Rate and Tax.

Frequency

The frequency of the item.
