Reservation Custom Fields Report
The Reservation Custom Fields report allows users to track the custom fields added to reservations.
Perform the following steps to generate the report:
Navigate to Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Guests/Reservations ➜ Reservation Custom Fields report
Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Property ID |
This is a mandatory single-select drop-down list that allows users to select the property for report generation. The current property is selected by default. |

Start Date |
The start date for report generation. This is a mandatory field that allows users to select past or future dates. The current property date is selected by default. |
|
End Date |
The end date for report generation. This is a mandatory field that allows users to select past or future dates. The current property date is selected by default. |
|
Reservation Status |
This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the reservation statuses to be included in the report. |
Click Run to generate the report.
Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Confirmation |
The confirmation ID of the reservation displayed as a hyperlink. When clicked, users are navigated to the respective reservation. This column can be sorted. |

The last name of the guest associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted. |

The first name of the guest associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted. |

The email address of the guest. This column can be sorted. |

Phone Number |
The phone number of the guest. This column can be sorted. |

The arrival date of the reservation. This column can be sorted. |

Departure Date |
The departure date of the reservation. This column can be sorted. |

The status of the reservation. This column can be sorted. |

Custom Field Name |
The name of the custom field added to the reservation. This column can be sorted. |

The value of the custom field added to the reservation. This column can be sorted. |
