Reservation Preview Report

The Reservation Preview Report allows users to track the revenue generated from the reservations for a maximum period of one year. Users can generate the report for past and future dates for multiple properties at a time.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports à Dynamic Reports à Revenue/Forecasting à Reservation Preview

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field	Description
Report Name	Reservation Preview Report.
Property	The properties for which the report must be generated. Displays the current property by default. Users can select multiple properties.
Start Date	The start date from which the report must be generated.
End Date	The end date up to which the report must be generated.
Group By	The group by option based on which the report data must be grouped. Users can select from the following options: Month Property Building Room Type Market Segment

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

This report displays the following fields:

Field	Description
Category	Displays the Group By option selected by the users.
Date	Displays the date selected by the users to generate the report.
Transient	The following columns are displayed under this header.
Room Revenue	Displays the revenue generated from the transaction items for non-group bookings when the room revenue flag is enabled.
Non- Room Revenue	Displays the revenue generated from the transaction items for non-group bookings when the room revenue flag is disabled.
Room Revenue Transient Tax	Displays the tax applied to the income generated from non-group bookings when the room revenue flag is enabled.
Non-Room Revenue Transient Tax	Displays the tax applied to the income generated from non-group bookings when the room revenue flag is disabled.
Room Revenue Transient Total	Displays the total income generated from the transaction items for non-group bookings when the room revenue flag is enabled.
Non-Room Revenue Transient Total	Displays the total income generated from the transaction items for non-group bookings when the room revenue flag is disabled.
Transient ADR	Displays the average rate charged per room for non-group bookings.
Rooms Sold	Displays the total number of rooms booked and occupied by non-group bookings.
Group	The following columns are displayed under this header.
Room Revenue	Displays the revenue generated from the transaction items for group bookings when the room revenue flag is enabled.
Non-Room Revenue	Displays the revenue generated from the transaction items for group bookings when the room revenue flag is disabled.
Picked Up	Displays the number of rooms that have been booked or occupied by group bookings.
Remaining	Displays the number of rooms that have not been picked up by a group booking.
Room Revenue Group Tax	Displays the tax applied to the income generated from group bookings when the room revenue flag is enabled.
Non-Room Revenue Group Tax	Displays the tax applied to the income generated from group bookings when the room revenue flag is disabled.
Room Revenue Group Total	Displays the total income generated from the transaction items for group bookings when the room revenue flag is enabled.
Non-Room Revenue Group Total	Displays the total income generated from the transaction items for group bookings when the room revenue flag is disabled.
Groups ADR	Displays the average rate charged per room for group booking.
Rooms Sold	Displays the count of the Rooms Sold for the given day including the group rooms remaining for the reservations associated with a group block, excluding the shoulder dates.
Property	The following columns are displayed under this header.
Rooms Sold	Displays the count of group reservations for the selected date.
Departures (Rooms)	Displays the count of guests departing on the selected date.
Arrivals (Rooms)	Displays the count of guests arriving on the selected date.
Adults	Displays the count of adults associated with each reservation.
Children	Displays the count of children associated with each reservation.
Day Use	Displays the count of rooms assigned to single day reservations.
Comp Rooms	Displays the count of rooms provided free of cost.
Rooms Occupied	Displays the total number of rooms that are currently occupied.
Room Revenue	Displays the revenue generated by the property from the transaction items when the room revenue flag disabled.
Non-Room Revenue	Displays the revenue generated by the property from the transaction items when the room revenue flag enabled.
Room Revenue Tax	Displays the tax applied to the income generated by the property when the room revenue flag enabled.
Non- Room Revenue Tax	Displays the tax applied to the income generated by the property when the room revenue flag disabled.
Room Revenue Total	Displays the total income generated by the property when the room revenue flag is enabled.
Non-Room Revenue Total	Displays the total income generated by the property where the room revenue flag is disabled.
ADR Sold	Displays the Average Daily Rate (ADR) based on rooms sold.
ADR Occupied	Displays the property's average room rate.
