Reservations Report

The Reservations report allows users to view details of the reservations created for the selected date range.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Guests/Reservations ➜ Reservations report

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field	Description
Report Name	Reservations.
Property	This is a mandatory multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the properties for report generation. The current property is selected by default.
Start Date	The start date for report generation. This is a mandatory field that allows users to select past or future dates. The current property date is selected by default.
End Date	The end date for report generation. This is a mandatory field that allows users to select past or future dates. The current property date is selected by default.
Source of Business	This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the source of business values to be included in the report.
Market Segment	This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the market segment values to be included in the report.
Room Types	This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the room types to be included in the report.
Reservation Status	This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the reservation statuses to be included in the report.
Red-Eye Status	This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the red-eye statuses to be included in the report.
Guest Requested	This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select from the following options: Guaranteed: When selected, the guaranteed features will be included in the report. Requested: When selected, the requested features will be included in the report.
Opt in for Marketing	This is an optional single-select drop-down list that allows users to filter and display only those reservations that have opted in for marketing.
Include Travel Information	When this checkbox is selected, the travel information of reservations will be displayed in the report.
Rate Plan/Package Code	This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the rate plan/package codes to be included in the report.
Sort By	This is a drop-down list that displays the following options: Last Name: When selected, the records are sorted based on the guest’s last name. Room Number: When selected, the records are sorted based on the room number assigned to the reservations.
Sort Order	This is a drop-down list that displays the following options: Ascending: When selected, the records are sorted in ascending order of the option selected in the Sort By drop-down list. Descending: When selected, the records are sorted in descending order of the option selected in the Sort By drop-down list.

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

This report displays the following fields:

Field	Description
Reservation Details	The following columns are displayed in this section.
First Name	The first name of the guest is displayed with an accordion. This column can be sorted.
Last Name	The last name of the guest. This column can be sorted.
Guest Name	The guest name associated with the reservation is displayed as a hyperlink. When clicked, users are navigated to the respective guest profile. This column can be sorted.
Confirmation#	The confirmation ID of the reservation is displayed as a hyperlink. When clicked, users are navigated to the respective reservation. This column can be sorted.
Third-Party Confirmation	The third-party confirmation ID of the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Guest Email	The email address of the guest.
Guest Phone	The phone number of the guest.
State/ Province	The state/province selected in the guest profile.
Country/ Region	The country/region selected in the guest profile.
VIP	The VIP status of the guest. This column can be sorted.
Tier	The loyalty tier details of the guest.
Arrive	The arrival date of the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Depart	The departure date of the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Nights	The number of stay nights of the reservation.
Room Type	The room type of the reservation.
Disclose Room Type	Indicates whether the Disclose Room Type flag is enabled for the room type.
Room Number	The room number assigned to the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Day Use	Indicates whether the reservation is a day use reservation or not.
Guest Requested	The guest requested features for the room. This column can be sorted.
Status	The reservation status.
Third-Party Cancellation	The third-party cancellation number of the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Red-Eye Status	The red-eye status of the reservation.
Rate Code	The rate code of the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Rate Plan	The rate plan used for booking. This column can be sorted.
Rate	The nightly room rate of the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Default Payment	The default payment method selected for the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Card Subtype	The card subtype configured for the credit card payments.
Company Name	The company name associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Group	The group name associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Guests	The number of guests associated with the reservation.
Loyalty	The loyalty member ID of the guest.
Market Segment	The market segment associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Travel Agent	The travel agent associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
IATA	The IATA number of the travel agent profile. This column can be sorted.
Source Of Business	The source of business value associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Booked Date	The date when the reservation was booked. This column can be sorted.
Booked By	The user who booked the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Non Registered Guest	Indicates whether the guest is a non-registered guest. This column can be sorted.
Opt In For Marketing	Indicates whether the reservation has opted in for marketing. This column can be sorted.
Profile #	The profile ID of the guest profile associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Digital	Indicates whether digital check-in and check-out methods are enabled for the reservation.
Postal Code	The postal code configured in the guest profile.
Comp Restriction Overridden	Indicates whether the comp restriction was overridden. This column can be sorted.
Comp Restriction Overridden By	The username of the user who performed the comp restriction override. Displays NA when no override was performed. This column can be sorted.
Player ID	The patron ID of the reservation.
Old PMS Confirmation Code	The old PMS confirmation code of the reservation.
Travel Details	The following columns are displayed in this section.
Date	The guest’s travel date.
Guest	The guest name. This column can be sorted.
Type	The travel type selected. This column can be sorted.
Travel Type	The vehicle type used for travel. This column can be sorted.
Location	The origin travel location. This column can be sorted.
Time	The travel time. This column can be sorted.
Carrier	The travel carrier. This column can be sorted.
Booking Number	The travel booking number. This column can be sorted.
