Revenue by Rate Plan Report

The Revenue by Rate Plan Report allows users to track the revenue generated from rate plans and packages. For rate plans, only the nightly room rate is considered for revenue calculation. For packages, the nightly room rate and the charges of the components added to the package is considered.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Accounting ➜ Revenue by Rate Plan Report

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field	Description
Report Name	Revenue by Rate Plan.
Start Date	The start date from which the report should be generated.
End Date	The end date up to which the report should be generated.
Rate Filter	It is a multi-select drop-down list that displays all the rate plans and packages configured in the property.

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Report Fields

This report displays the following fields:

Field	Description
Property	Displays the property for which the report is generated.
Rate Plan	The rate plan associated with the reservation. If multiple rate plans are associated with the reservation, the rate plan currently in effect appears on the report.
Nights	The number of nights that the guest is staying for the reservation.
% of Nights	The percentage of nights sold for the selected date.
Revenue	Each ledger has a main group and three subgroups consisting of revenues, payments, and transfers. Each posting item has its own row in the report.
% of Revenue	The percentage of revenue accrued for the selected dates.
ADR	The average daily rate based on the amount of room revenue for the selected date and rooms committed.
