Apply Single Condition ARF Rules to Group Types

Stay allows users to create Single Condition Auto Recurring Fee Rules that can be associated with groups in the following statuses:

• Definite

• Inquiry

• Prospect

• Tentative

When users create/modify a Single Condition Auto Recurring Fee Rule (Settings ➜ Guest Accounting ➜ Auto Recurring Fees), the All Groups checkbox in the Groups tab of the Add/Edit Rule pop-up screen (Add/Edit Rule ➜ Apply To ➜ Groups) must be selected to apply the rule to all groups irrespective of the status.

Once the checkbox is selected, the created rule is applied to all groups in the mentioned statuses. Users can modify the rule or select a different rule (Default Fees and Single Condition Rules) if required from the Auto Recurring Charge Rule drop-down list present in the Reservation Presets tab of the group (Group ➜ Reservation Presets ➜ Auto Recurring Charge Rule).
