Canceling a Reservation with a Refund Due

Users can cancel a reservation with a refund due and transfer the amount that is due for a future reservation booked by the guest.

The following permission is required to perform such cancelations:

Permission	Description	Roles
CancelWithRefundDue	Enables users to cancel a reservation with a refund due and transfer the amount that is due for a future reservation booked by the guest.	System Administrators

Once the permission is assigned, the Confirm Cancelation button will be displayed in the Cancel Reservation screen allowing users to cancel a reservation with a refund due.
