Feature Configuration

Navigate to All Settings ➜ General ➜ Rooms & Room Types ➜ Property Configuration.

Select the preferred rooms and click More ➜ Connect. The room number of the connected room will be displayed in the room number tile.

Select the preferred rooms and click More ➜ Nearby. The room number of the rooms that are in proximity will be displayed in the room number tile.

Navigate to Tape Chart ➜ Assign Rooms.

Or

Navigate to Batch Operations ➜ Check-In ➜ Assign Rooms.

Select the criteria based on which rooms must be assigned.

Select the reservations for which rooms must be assigned.

Click Auto Assign. A room number will be assigned for the selected reservations.

Click Save or Save and Close.
