Folio ID for Folios

Stay assigns a unique folio ID to each folio in the following accounts:

• Reservation

• Group

• House accounts

The folio ID is a numeric value that cannot be modified by the users. The first folio in the account is assigned the value 1 and for each additional folio, the next numeric value in the sequence is assigned. The folio ID is generated for all folios of an account including Comp and Package folios. Folio ID is generated only for the active accounts (In House and Arriving statuses) and not for closed accounts (Departed, Canceled, and No Show statuses).
