Guest Stay History

The guest stay history option provides an overview of the total number of stays, last stay, value, reliability and much more.

Field	Description
Guest Stay History
Summary	Displays the guest summary details.
Current	Displays the current stay details of the guest.
Future	Displays the future stay details of the guest.
Past	Displays the past stay details of the guest.

Summary

The summary tab gives a bird’s eye view of the stay history by the guest, the last stay, total number of guests, value such as average room rate, total spend to date, and reliability if any.

Current

This tab displays information about the guest’s current stay at the property, if any.

Future

The future tab shows the user of all the upcoming stays of the guest including the reservation confirmation number, arrival and departure dates, and type of room selected and the room number assigned to the reservation.

Past

This tab displays information about the guest’s past stay at the property, if any.
