Reservations

The Reservations module allows a Guest Service Agent to search for existing reservations, book a new reservation and view the list of profiles within Agilysys Stay. It contains the following menus:

• Search - allows users to search for reservations, rooms, profiles, groups, and accounts in the property

• Book a Reservation - allows users to book a reservation through Agilysys Stay

• Profiles - allows users to view all guest profiles
