Support for Advance Reservations Up to Six Years

Users can book reservations for a maximum of six years in the future from the current property date. Previously, users could book reservations only for three years in advance.

Users can select the following values in the Advance Booking Calendar tab on the Property Setup screen (Settings ➜ All Settings ➜ Property, Building & Outlets ➜ Advanced Booking Calendar):

• A maximum of 2192 days in the Day(s) field.

• A maximum of 72 months in the Month(s) field.

• A maximum of 6 years in the Year(s) drop-down list.

Based on the dates configured in the Advance Booking Calendar tab, users can select the days in the Calendar tab of the Rates screen and apply the following options:

• Restrictions

• Update Season

• Update Deposit/Cancellation Policy

• Over Booking Control

Users can check the availability of rooms for a maximum of six years in advance from the General Availability screen (Dashboard ➜ General Availability).
