Ability to Adjust Rates for Selected Dates

Stay is enhanced to manually adjust rates for specific dates of the reservation. To support this, a new option, Apply to specific dates, has been added to the Adjust Rate modal. On selecting this option, a calendar modal is displayed, where users can manually apply the modified rate for the selected dates.
