Apply Single Condition and Default ARF Rules to Groups

The following enhancements have been made to the Auto Recurring Charge Rule drop-down list in the Reservation Presets tab of groups:

When users create Single Condition and Default Auto Recurring Fee rules to be applied to groups of all statuses (Settings ➜ Guest Accounting ➜ Auto Recurring Fees ➜ Add/Edit Rule ➜ Apply To ➜ Groups ➜ All Groups checkbox):

• Before selecting a single condition ARF rule for existing groups with no single condition ARF rule associated, the following text will be displayed in the Auto Recurring Charge Rule drop-down list: Default - Single Condition. Once users select an ARF rule, the name of the selected rule will be updated in the field.

• Before selecting a default ARF rule for existing groups with no default ARF rule associated, the following text will be displayed in the Auto Recurring Charge Rule drop-down list: Default - Property. Once users select an ARF rule, the rule name will be updated in the field.

When the All Groups checkbox is not selecting for the Single Condition and Default Auto Recurring Fee rule:

• For new and existing groups, no default text will be displayed in the Auto Recurring Charge Rule drop-down list. When users can select an ARF rule, the rule name will be updated in the field.
