Comments Report (Dynamic)

A new Dynamic report, Comments, has been added to the Front Desk section of the Reporting screen (Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Front Desk) that allows users to view the comments entered for the guest profiles, reservations, and travel agent profiles.

This report can be generated for the past, future, and current property date. The records can be filtered based on the reservation status, comment type, and the severity of comments.
