Configure Commission Percentage for Reservations Created from TravelClick iHotelier

The following enhancements have been made to the Stay-TravelClick iHotelier integration:

• Users can configure the commission percentage to be applied for the reservations created through TravelClick iHotelier that are associated with a travel agent profile that does not exist in Stay.

• Create a new travel agent profile with the details received from TravelClick iHotelier when the profile does not exist in Stay.

To support this enhancement, the following changes have been made:

• Two new checkboxes, Flag New Travel Agents as Commissionable and New Travel Agent Commission Percentage have been added to the Reservations In section of the Travelclick interface.

  • New Travel Agent Commission Percentage: Users can configure the commission percentage to be applied for the reservations created through TravelClick iHotelier that are associated with a travel agent profile that does not exist in Stay.

  • Flag New Travel Agents as Commissionable: This checkbox is not selected by default.

    • When selected, if the travel agent details received from TravelClick iHotelier does not exist in Stay, a new travel agent profile will be created with the value configured in the New Travel Agent Commission Percentage field of the interface set as the default commission percentage for the profile. Also, the Commissionable checkbox will be selected in the Commission section of the profile.

    • If the travel agent profile exists, the value configured in the interface will not be considered. The commission percentage configured in the profile will be applied.
