Display Effective Dates of Rate Plans in the Flexible Dates Calendar Page

The Stay - Agilysys Book integration is enhanced to allow users to hide the dates after the end date configured for a selected rate plan for booking in the Flexible Dates calendar page in Book.

Previously, the dates beyond the end date of the rate plan were displayed as Sold out in the flexible dates calendar.

To support this enhancement, a new checkbox, Set Offer End Date as Offer Expiration Date, has been added to the Available Rates section of the RGuest Book interface in Stay (All Settings ➜ Administration ➜ Interfaces and Channel Management ➜ Settings).

• When this checkbox is selected, the dates beyond the end date of a rate plan will not be displayed in the flexible dates calendar.

• When this checkbox is not selected, the dates beyond the end date of a rate plan will be displayed as Sold out.
