Display Groups in a Separate Tab When Creating a Multi Condition ARF Rule

Stay is enhanced to display the groups available at the property in a separate tab in the Apply to section of the Add Rule pop-up screen (Guest Accounting ➜ Auto Recurring Fees ➜ Multi Condition Rules ➜ Add) when creating a Multi Condition Auto Recurring Fee Rule.

Previously, the groups were displayed along with the rate plans and packages in the Rate Plan/Packages tab.

To support this enhancement, a new tab, Groups, has been added next to the Rate Plan/Packages tab of the Add Rule pop-up screen (Guest Accounting ➜ Auto Recurring Fees ➜ Multi Condition Rules ➜ Add). This tab displays all the groups available at the property in the Definite status.

Users must either select a rate plan/package or a group to save the created rule. When users click Save without selecting a rate plan/package or a group, the following message will be displayed: Select Rate Plan/Packages or Groups to save the Multi Condition Rule.
