Enhancements to Add-On Revenue Report

The following enhancements have been made to the Add-On Revenue Report (Dynamic):

• A new Group By option, Casino program tier, has been added that allows users to generate the report with the records that are grouped based on the casino program tier.

  • When the report is generated with this option selected, the records are grouped based on the casino program tiers. An accordion is provided for each tier name displayed in the Group By column. When the accordion is expanded, values are displayed for the other report columns.

  • Reservations that are not associated with a casino program tier will be grouped and displayed under the No casino program tier group in the generated report.

• The following new columns have been added to the report:

  • Arrival: The arrival date of the reservation.

  • Departure: The departure date of the reservation.

  • Casino Program Tier: The casino tier name associated with the reservations created. Users can search and filter records using the casino program tier name.

    Contact Agilysys to display the casino tier details for reservations.

  • Player ID: The player ID of the casino program. Users can search for a record using the player ID.

  • Market Segment Code: The market segment code associated with the reservation. Users can search and filter records using the market segment code.

  • Default Payment Method: The default payment method associated with the reservation.

  • Status: The status of the reservation.

These columns will not be displayed by default. Users must select these columns from the Column Settings screen that appears when users click the Settings icon in the report.
