Enhancements to Group Functionality for Integrations

Stay is enhanced to support the following modifications made to the room release options for groups (Groups ➜ Room Blocks ➜ Release). 

• When the property uses the Auto release method to release rooms for the group, the Cut-Off Date can now be set up to the last date of the group's stay. Previously, it had to be before the arrival date for the group.

• When the property uses the Auto release method to release rooms for the group, and the group is in-house, but the Cut-Off Date is in the future, rooms will be released for the departure date of the group.

• When the property uses the Auto release method to release rooms for the group, and the Cut-Off Date is in the past, but group has unreleased rooms, those rooms will be released.

• When the property uses the Rolling release method to release rooms for the group, and the group has unreleased rooms that should have been released on a prior date, these rooms will also get released.

These changes are also applicable for the integration with Agilysys Sales and Catering and Amadeus Sales and Event Management for inbound groups.
