Enhancements to Revenue by Room Type Report (Dynamic)

The following new field and columns have been added to the Revenue by Room Type Report (Dynamic):

Field	Description
Include Room Type with No Activity checkbox	This checkbox is added as a report generation parameter. When selected, the room types for which no activities (arrivals, departures, room move, and so on) occurred are included in the revenue calculation for the selected date range. When this checkbox is not selected, the room types for which no activities occurred are not included in the revenue calculation.
Rooms Available	This column is added next to the Non Room Revenue Total column. Displays the total number of rooms available for a room type that can be assigned to reservations. This column can be sorted.
Rooms Vacant	This column is added next to the Rooms Occupied column. Displays the total number of rooms that are vacant for a room type.
Out of Order	This column is added next to the Rooms Vacant column. Displays the total number of rooms for which an Out of Order inventory block is created.
Off the Market	This column is added next to the Out of Order column. Displays the total number of rooms for which an Off the Market inventory block is created.

The records are displayed based on the following Group By options selected:

Property: The records are displayed grouped by the property in which the room types are located. The Category Name column displays the property name.
Market Segment: The records are displayed grouped by the market segments to which the reservation from a room type is mapped. If the reservations are not mapped to any market segment, they are displayed with the Category Name as Unassigned.
Guest Type: The records are displayed grouped by the guest types to which the reservation from a room type is mapped. If the reservations are not mapped to any guest type, they are displayed with the Category Name as Unassigned.
