Generate Charge Posting ID for Non-Guest Folios

Stay is enhanced to generate a unique numeric charge posting ID for the non-guest folios of a reservation. This includes the Package, Comp, Redemption, and Third-Party folios. Previously, the charge posting ID was generated only for guest folios.

The ID generated for the departed groups and reservations will be recycled and reused when the count reaches 9999999. When a folio is deleted for an account, the order of sequence will not change.

To post charges to an account folio from a POS system, users can use the Charge Posting ID of the folio to which the charge must be posted. Based on the ID used, the charges will be posted to the respective folio.
