Housekeeping Forecast Reports

The following new Dynamic reports have been introduced in Stay:

• Housekeeping Forecast by Date

• Housekeeping Forecast by Feature

Housekeeping Forecast by Feature Report

The Dynamic report, Housekeeping Forecast by Feature, has been added to the Housekeeping section of the Dynamic Report screen (Reports à Dynamic Reports à Housekeeping à Housekeeping Forecast by Feature) that provides a forecast of the number of rooms at the property with Housekeeping Features that require a service for the selected date range.

This report will be displayed under the Housekeeping section of the Dynamic Report screen only when the Housekeeping Features feature setting is enabled.

This report cannot be generated for past dates. Users can generate this report from the current property date up to a maximum of 365 days in the future.

Housekeeping Forecast by Date Report

The Dynamic report, Housekeeping Forecast by Date, has been added to the Housekeeping section of the Dynamic Report screen (Reports à Dynamic Reports à Housekeeping à Housekeeping Forecast by Date) that provides a forecast of the number of rooms at the property without Housekeeping Features that require a service for the selected date range.

This report cannot be generated for past dates. Users can generate this report from the current property date up to a maximum of 365 days in the future.
