Modifications to Guest Profile Creation for Reservations from OTAs

Previously, when a profile had to be created for inbound reservations from any OTAs integrated with Stay, and users searched for guest profiles, the search considered existing casino profile details. Now, only regular guest profiles will be considered, and casino profiles will be excluded while retrieving existing profile details in Stay. If no match is found with a regular guest profile in Stay, a new profile record is created for the guest in Stay.

This enhancement is applicable for inbound reservation from the following OTAs:

• Sabre (SynXis)

• OpenAPI 

• Agilysys Book

• Pegasus CRS 

• Windsurfer CRS 

• IDeaS RMS
