New Permission to Print Audit Logs

The following new permission is added in Stay to control the viewing access of the Audit Log screen. Previously, all users could view and print logs from this screen. Now, the Audit Log screen will be accessible only to users with the new permission.

StayManageAuditLog

• Only users with this permission can view and print the audit logs from the Audit Log screen (Reports ➜ Audit Log).

• For users without this permission, the Audit Log option will not be displayed in the Reports menu.

• This permission is provided to users with all system-defined roles by default.

• This permission should be manually added to users with custom roles.

This new permission is not required to print logs from the following screens:

• Reservations

• Guest profiles

• Company profiles

• Travel Agent profiles

• A/R accounts

• Groups
