New Permissions to View and Extract Reports

New permissions have been introduced in Stay to allow users to view and extract reports that fall under the following categories:

Front Desk
Housekeeping
Guests/Reservations
Revenue/Forecasting
Accounting
Grouped
Manager

The new permissions introduced must be manually assigned to users with custom roles. If these permissions are not assigned, users will not be able to view or access the reports in the Reporting screen.

Permissions to View Reports

The following permissions must be assigned to users to view, generate, and print the Legacy and Dynamic reports that fall under each of the mentioned categories in the All Reports and My Dashboard tabs in the Reporting screen:

When users access the All Reports tab in the Reporting screen, only the report categories for which the user is assigned the appropriate permissions are displayed. When the user does not have any permission, the following message is displayed: The logged-in user does not have permission to Reports.

Permissions to Extract Reports

The following permissions must be assigned to users in addition to the Stay_ReadXReports permissions to allow them to extract the Legacy and Dynamic reports that fall under each of the mentioned categories in the All Reports and My Dashboard tabs in the Reporting screen:
