Update Room Blocks, Housekeeping Condition, and Inventory Status for Overlapping Suite Rooms
Stay is enhanced to update the housekeeping condition, inventory status, and room blocks in the Tape Chart screen accordingly, when a component room that is part of one or more suite rooms, is assigned to a reservation. Previously, when a guest checked in to an individual room, say 101, the overlapping suite rooms that had 101 as one of its component rooms showed the inventory status as Vacant. This misled the housekeeping staff to assign an occupied room to a reservation assuming it was vacant.
To support this enhancement, the following changes are made:

When a suite room comprising of one or more component rooms is booked, a suite block is added to the Tape Chart screen for all the overlapping suite rooms that has the same component rooms.
For example, consider the following suite rooms and its component rooms:

When the suite room 200 is booked, a suite block is added to the component rooms (101, 102 and 103) and the overlapping suite rooms (201 and 202).

When the housekeeping conditions of the component rooms do not match, the housekeeping condition of the corresponding suite rooms is updated as Varies. For example, if the individual room 101 is assigned to a reservation, its housekeeping condition is updated as Occupied Inspected, whereas, the other rooms, 102 and 103 are in Vacant Inspected condition. In this case, the HK condition of the overlapping suite rooms (200 and 201) will be updated as Varies.

When the inventory status of the component rooms do not match, the inventory status of the corresponding suite rooms is updated as Unavailable(NA). For example, if the individual room 101 is assigned to a reservation, its inventory status is updated as Occupied, whereas, the other rooms, 102 and 103 are Vacant. In this case, the inventory status of the overlapping suite rooms (200 and 201) is updated as Unavailable(NA).
