Exclude Charges to be Routed to the Comp Folio from Deposit Calculation

Stay is enhanced to exclude the charges to be routed to the Comp folio from the deposit calculation when a comp routing rule is associated with the reservation at the time of booking. This enhancement also displays the details of the charges to be routed in the Estimated Charges section of the Book Reservation screen. This helps users to differentiate between the charges that will be paid by the guest and the charges that will be routed to the Comp folio.

This enhancement is also applicable to the deposit amount calculated for the reservations created via Agilysys Book.

To support this enhancement, an accordion, View Split, is added to the transaction items to be posted to the reservation associated with a comp routing rule in the Estimated Charges section of the Book Reservation screen. When expanded, the details of the charges to be routed to the Comp folio are displayed.
