Gift Card Enhancements
Stay is enhanced to allow users to print the previous balance of a gift card and the current balance after the gift card is issued or loaded in the Gift Card screen.
Gift Card Activity Report
A new Dynamic report, Gift Card Activity, has been added to enable users to track the transactions performed using gift cards.

Configure Payment Sub-Types
Stay is enhanced to allow users to configure payment sub-types such as Debit Card, Credit Card and so on when making payments using card payment methods.
Bulk Update of Rates for Reservations and Groups
Stay is enhanced to allow users to perform a bulk update of nightly room rates for all reservations from the following screens:

Add Comments When Batch-Posting Charges and Credits
Stay is enhanced to allow users to configure comments for each reservation when posting charges and credits for reservations from the Batch Posting tab of the Batch Operations screen.
New Filters for Reservations in Groups
Stay is enhanced to allow users to filter reservations that arrive or depart on the selected dates range in the Reservations section of the Reservations tab of groups.
Select Taxes when Splitting Charges Using Routing Rule Template
Stay is enhanced to allow users to select taxes associated with the charges selected to be split using the Routing rule template option in the Split Charges pop-up screen.
Inventory Item Availability Dashboard
Stay is enhanced to display the availability of inventory items in a property, in a new dashboard.
Close All Group Folios
Stay is enhanced to allow users to close all folios of a group and delay the automatic closure of folios.
Flag Guest Profiles as NRG
Stay is enhanced to allow users to flag a guest as a Non-Registered Guest (NRG).
Track Collection of Payments from Payment Provider
Stay is enhanced to track whether payments made by guests have been received from an integrated or electronic payment provider.
Key Status Report (Dynamic)
A new Dynamic report, Key Status, has been added that allows users to track the status of the physical and digital keys generated for a reservation.
Route Previously Posted Charges Using Routing Rules
Stay is enhanced to route charges previously posted to accounts using a routing rule, for specific dates.
Select Valid On Dates For Routing Rules From the Batch Operations Screen
Stay is enhanced to allow users to select valid on dates for routing rules in the Add Routing Rule pop-up screen.
Remove PA Indicator for Package Add-Ons
The PA indicator displayed for package Add-Ons has been removed from various screens.
Configure Criteria for Availability of Add-Ons
Stay is enhanced to allow users to define a criteria that must be satisfied for the availability of Add-Ons in reservations and groups.
Configure Dynamic Parking Charges for Vehicles
Stay is enhanced to allow users to configure the parking charges for vehicles at a property dynamically based on the selected dates/days of the week.
Add-Ons for Groups
Stay is enhanced to allow groups to purchase the Add-Ons available at the property.
Auto Apply Charges When Generating Keys for Access Areas
Stay is enhanced to allow users to apply charges automatically when generating keys for the access areas configured for a reservation.
Configure Price of Auto Recurring Fees Based on Age Categories/Seasons
Stay is enhanced to allow users to configure the price of auto recurring fees based on the age categories configured at the property or for a specific date range (season).
Payment Class to Redeem Vouchers
Stay is enhanced to include a new payment class, Other, that can be associated with payment methods used for redeeming vouchers.
Capture Routing Rule Changes in Audit Log Screen
Stay is enhanced to track and capture the actions performed by users for the routing rule associated with rate plans.
Generate Charge Posting ID for Non-Guest Folios
Stay is enhanced to generate a unique numeric charge posting ID for the non-guest folios of a reservation.
Track/Assign Housekeeping Credits by Unit Size
Stay is enhanced to allow users to assign housekeeping service requests to staff and track their efforts by unit size.
New Dashboard for Ledgers
