Select Offers to be Sent to Bally CMP

Stay is enhanced to allow users to configure the offer details to be sent to Bally CMP. The property must be integrated with Bally CMP to use this feature.

A new section, Offers, has been added to the Scientific Games CMP interface (Interfaces ➜ Cloud Settings ➜ Settings) to allow users to configure the offer details to be sent to Bally CMP. The following new fields are displayed in this section:

Field	Description
Offer Code for PMS Comp Nights	This is a text field that allows users to enter the code of the offers to be sent to Bally CMP when redeemed. An information icon next to this field displays the following message when hovered upon: The offer code entered here will be sent to the CMS during the outbound offer-redeem process.
Offer Type for PMS Comp Nights	This is a text field that allows users to enter the offer type of the offers to be sent to Bally CMP when redeemed. An information icon next to this field displays the following message when hovered upon: The offer type entered here will be sent to the CMS during the outbound offer-redeem process.
Offers to CMS	This is a multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the unqualified offers to be sent to the CMS during the date roll. Users can search for an offer using the Search option provided in the drop-down list. An information icon next to this field displays the following message when hovered upon: Selected offers will be sent to CMS during the date roll process. Only the offers selected in this drop-down list will be sent to Bally CMP when redeemed. Details of the offers that are not selected will not be sent.

When an offer selected in the interface settings is applied to a reservation, the following details are sent to Bally CMP:

• Offer code

• Offer type

• Authorizer code
