Select Valid On Dates For Routing Rules From the Batch Operations Screen

Stay is enhanced to allow users to select valid on dates for routing rules in the Add Routing Rule pop-up screen (Front Desk ➜ Batch Operations ➜ Batch Edit ➜ More ➜ Add Routing Rule).

The Start Date and End Date fields in the Add Routing Rule pop-up screen have been removed and a new field, Valid On, has been added. The dates are selected in the Valid On date picker based on the first arrival date and the last departure date of the selected reservations. Users can modify the dates selected. The modified dates are applied to reservations that fall within the date range. For reservations that don’t fall within the date range, the routing rules are not added, and the following message is displayed: Selected date(s) are not part of the reservation.

After the routing rule is added to the selected reservations, the Valid On dates of the routing rule is updated based on the reservation’s arrival and departure dates.
