Send Details of Offers Redeemed for Comp Nights to Bally CMP

Stay is enhanced to send the following details to Bally CMP:

• The details of the offer that is redeemed for the comp nights that are configured for a casino patron in Stay (Admin comps).

• The comped rates to Bally CMP.

These details are tracked against a patron’s lifetime value.

The property must be integrated with Bally CMP to use this feature.

The property must configure the offer code and the offer type of the offer to be redeemed for the comp nights available for a player in the Offer Code for Admin Comp Nights and Offer Type for Admin Comp Nights fields in the Casino section of the Scientific Games CMP interface in the Interface Channel Management screen (All Settings ➜ Administration ➜ Interfaces And Channel Management ➜ Settings ➜ Scientific Games CMP ➜ Casino). Once configured, when users create reservations for casino patrons, the offer can be redeemed for the comp nights configured in the Admin comp offer.

For example, users create a reservation for a casino patron from Feb 21^st, 2024, to Feb 27^th, 2024., Feb 23^rd and Feb 24^th are the comp nights configured in Stay. The Admin comp offer can be redeemed for these two nights of stay.

The details of the offer that is redeemed, and the comped rates are sent from Stay to Bally CMP.

To support this enhancement, two new fields, Offer Code for Admin Comp Nights and Offer Type for Admin Comp Nights have been added to the Casino section of the Scientific Games CMP interface in the Interface Channel Management screen
