Stay-Bally CMP Integration: Ability to Redeem Management Comps

The Stay-Bally CMP integration is enhanced to allow users to redeem management comps for the charges posted to reservations.

The management comp name can be defined in the Management Comp Name field in the Casino section of the Scientific Games CMP interface (All Settings ➜ Administration ➜ Interfaces and Channel Management ➜ Settings). The management comps are retrieved from Bally CMP and are displayed in the Balance Type drop-down list in the Comp screen (Reservation ➜ Folio ➜ More ➜ Comp). Users must select the Balance Type as Management Comp. When selected, the Available Offers drop-down list appears that displays the list of management comp offers.

Once the user selects the preferred offer, the amount to be redeemed is displayed in the Amount field and the redeemable balance is displayed in the Authorizer’s Redeemable Balance field.

Management comps can be redeemed by entering the Authorizer Code and selecting the Department. The authorizers that are mapped under the comp type, Admin Comp, can be used to redeem management comps retrieved from Bally CMP. Charges that are redeemed through management comps are routed to the Comp folio. Users can reverse the comp redeemed using the Reverse Comp option.

To support this enhancement, the following changes have been made:

• A new field, Management Comp Name, has been added to the Casino section of the Scientific Games CMP interface (All Settings ➜ Administration ➜ Interfaces and Channel Management ➜ Settings) that allows users to configure the name of the management comp.

• Two new fields, Available Offers and Amount have been added to the Comp screen (Reservation ➜ Folio ➜ More ➜ Comp) that displays the list of management offers and the amount to be redeemed.

• A new option, Management Comp, has been added to the Balance Type drop-down list in the Comp screen.
